Excelling in 2021 and beyond

Because of my passion and belief in Australian industry and its capabilities to adapt and compete on the world stage, I have put my experiences (both good and bad) into print so as to encourage businesses to take up the challenge of achieving sustainable growth and profit.

Let us all be very determined to accept that although products and processes may differ, the principles of management are all the same and can be applied to any business for future success.

My intention in putting this document together is for you to be encouraged and recognise the opportunities which can be realized through a plan underpinned by the magic of marketing, the science of sales, and the power of public relations.

Because of sharing my experiences in business with you, I am certain it will challenge your mindsets but encourage you to look at opportunities which are in front of you and not behind you. You too can learn from your experiences and when combined with mine will establish a pathway to success which enables your experiences to create the quality of a work and personal life you justly deserve.

The purpose of this document is to drive progress coming out of the current business climate and to establish where you will be in 5, 10, and 20 years?

There may well be some who are in a wilderness at the moment with no clarity of direction, and I can attest to the fact that some of my biggest breakthroughs took place during times in the wilderness.

I have learned to value my tough times as they actually prepared me and molded me into a better person and a more effective leader.

Marketing is all about being different and standing out against the opposition, by becoming remarkable with your products, processes, and/or services.
